Karen Dignan is originally a Sandpoint native and now lives in Seattle, WA.  She has a degree in Music Education from the University of   Idaho and has most recently been teaching K-6 elementary music south of Seattle.  A former fiddle contest afficianado and long time contra dancer, Karen has also spent many years teaching private violin/fiddle lessons.
